Thursday, August 27th at Wood River:
There will be only ONE set of C Team at 5:30 PM.
JV will begin immediately following the C Team set, Varsity match to begin at 7:00pm as scheduled.

JH XC Practice Begins Monday, August 17th at 7:00 a.m.

📣 Junior High Volleyball parents and athletes📣 Practice will be in LC on Monday. Arcadia students will ride the bus and meet LC students in the hs gym! *you must have a sports physical done before you can practice!

Due to the power outage in Arcadia, Arcadia public schools will be closed on Friday, August 14th, 2026. High school practices will run in Loop City.

After consulting with Loup Valley Public Power, the power outage is expected to last most of the day. Due to no power, Arcadia Public Schools will be closed on Thursday, August 13th.

🍎 Back to School Open House is almost here! 🍎 Join us on Tuesday, August 11th, from 5:30–7:00 PM to meet your teachers, tour the classrooms, and get ready for a fantastic school year! We can't wait to see everyone!

Bids must be submitted to the main office of the school.
📢 Bid Opening:
Monday, July 13, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.
Bids will be opened and later announced at the Board of Education meeting that evening.
**Transit Vans:
The Arcadia Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids that do not meet the Board's reserve price of $10,000.

The upcoming 8th Grade class is hosting a fundraiser at Pizza Ranch in Grand Island tonight (June 16th) from 5-7 pm! Stop by for some delicious pizza and help support their class!

APS has three vehicles for sale by sealed bid, please see the attached images for more information. Bids are due by 12:00 p.m. on July, 13th, 2026.

Dutch Miller rounds out the day for the Rebels in the 3200 meters with a new PR and school record of 10:15.51 and a 13th place finish. Dutch beat his previous record by 6 seconds.
